Rapid test for the detection of placental alpha microglobulin-1 protein (PAMG1) in the cervical-vaginal secretion of pregnant women with suspected premature rupture of the ovarian membranes. The test uses the principle of immunochromatography to detect the human PAMG-1 protein present in amniotic fluid. The test uses highly sensitive monoclonal antibodies that detect even a minimal amount of PAMG-1, which is present in cervical-vaginal secretion after the rupture of fetal membranes.
